First Aid CPR / AED
Introduction

As Healthcare providers, we have a duty of care to our patients and those that we would wish to treat them by providing them with the highest standard of training and to facilitate quality teaching to enable them to become proficient in Basic First Aid, CPR & in the use of an AED. Every one of us knows of someone or has experienced with a family member the trauma and the stress of dealing with a medical emergency in the workplace or home.

It has long been recognised that the first person on scene is usually the person that has the biggest impact on patient survival if that person is professionally trained in First Aid, but also in resuscitation equipment and procedures. This course goes a long way to providing them with the basis on which to build on, so that they may move forward to provide the victim or casualty with a high standards of treatment to enable them to become more proficient.

This 1 Day course is provided by professional Healthcare staff who use these skills on a daily basis and who are all qualified trainers on behalf of the ESCI European Steering committee and Jones & Bartlett.      This is a certificated course which is based on the Latest European Resuscitation Council Guidelines and in line with current practices.

We hope that you enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the course and that you appreciate the need for such training in everyday life
